“One must maintain a little bittle of summer, even in the middle of winter.” ― Henry David Thoreau
The Summer holidays in New Zealand have finally come to an end with most schools going back this week or next.
It’s been a good Summer. Not the best ever but almost back to the days I remember as a kid. Long, hot, days that seem to go on and on and require lots of sun screen.
So today two things to end the Summer on. Read the quote above again. …. Now print your favourite Summer picture out and keep it by your desk. When the day is dark, both from the weather and your mood, look at the picture, remember the day, and you will find a piece of Summer lights you up.
And for the second thing. Download the images so you can read the quote. Life has no remote. You need to get up and change it yourself.
Have a great week. Keep a piece of Summer with you and let’s crack into the year.
