George Bernard Shaw said, “All sorts of bodily diseases are produced by half-used minds.”
Mr Shaw was a giant of a man in not only literary skills but what he accomplished in his life. He was injured, almost killed countless times by man, animal and disease and yet he survived ready to conquer something great.
I feel sure it was this drive to do things that he had to plan and scheme to achieve kept his mind so busy he couldn’t die. Things that would have killed a mortal spurred him to greater things.
Use your mind as often and as mind as you can at least once a day. It will be sure to keep the doctor away.
