Al Weatherhead said, “Your adversity is real. It cannot change. But it can be transformed.”
Hows that for telling it how it is, “Your adversity is real”. I am finding more and more that if I face a situation head on (write it down even), and then ask how to I get from here to where I want to be, solutions always pop into my mind. Sometimes though it means taking a break and making sure I have something to write on when I’m doing something mundane like the dishes or having a shower. Making it real means your mind gets into action to do something about it.
